I attended an ACT! Essentials course last week as it’s a program that a client uses and I was not overly familiar with. The course gave me a good understanding of the basics and covered topics such as:
- Working Your Contacts
- Working Your Schedule
- Working with Paper
- Working with Email
- Working with Groups and Companies
- Working with Opportunities
- Working with Documents
I have also spent some time using Swift Page. Swiftpage is the number one integrated email marketing and automated marketing solution for ACT! by Sage. It allows you to create, customise and send an email newsletter. It’s fairly simple to use and I found the tutorial video really helpful to get started.
