When I started my Virtual Assistant business I spent a considerable amount of time researching and comparing different options for a website. The costs varied considerably and as I had no knowledge of HTML, creating my own website wasn’t an option. I found an option that has worked really well and I have been able to make changes whenever I have needed to, it has been as simple as updating a MS Word document. However 12 months later my skills and knowledge have increased and probably more to the point, I have discovered WordPress! All I can say is, I LOVE WORDPRESS!! (WordPress is a free and open source blog publishing application that can also be used to create blogs and websites)
I changed my website over a few days ago and have been having a great time experimenting and learning what I can about WordPress. I still have a few changes to make but I am really getting to know WordPress and am enjoying the challenge.
