About SJVPA

I started my career working in an office as a Receptionist over 10 years ago.  From there I progressed to general administration roles and then had a strong desire to become a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.  I sought additional training and established an informal mentoring relationship with a colleague to learn the skills required to become a successful Personal Assistant  / Executive Assistant.

I have worked with small businesses and several large corporate companies, Sensis, Linfox and Reece and am very proud of my achievements.  I have supported General Managers and Senior Executives and their teams in Sales, Marketing, HR and Operations, building a reputation of being reliable, trustworthy and the ‘go to’ person.  Also known for my multi tasking skills I always seek to produce work of a very high standard and enjoy forward planning, an essential skill for any Personal Assistant  / Executive Assistant.

I continually seek new challenges and in mid 2008 I discovered the Virtual Assistant industry.  I spent the remainder of 2008 researching and setting up my business whilst working full time.  In  January 2009 SJ Virtual PA officially commenced working with clients.

SJ Virtual PA provides virtual and onsite administration support for businesses.  I like to build long term relationships with my clients and feel that the more I know and understand about their business, the more value I can add.  I aim to provide outstanding service, be responsive and offer flexibility.  I enjoy the diversity of working with my clients and continually look for opportunities to learn new skills and implement efficient systems and processes.
