FAQ’s

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is like a PA only virtual – we operate from our office, not yours, providing virtual admin and secretarial support. Today Virtual Assistant’s provide a wide range of business support services that extends beyond PA admin type support.

Can you come to my office?

Yes, I am more than happy to work from your office.  I can travel anywhere in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, the Eastern Suburbs or the CBD.  Please contact me to discuss your needs further.

I think I need some assistance with my admin but not exactly sure where or how to start?

That’s fine, most clients feel like that initially.  What I suggest is, we have a phone conversation as that will give me an opporunity to learn more about your business and how we can work together.  Have a list of what you need assistance with and we can work through that.  Often just starting with a few tasks is a great way to commence.

What are some of the tasks you can complete for me?

Each clients needs are different but here is a lists of some of the tasks that I have recently completed for clients:

  • Setup a database using ACT! & uploaded contact details
  • Organised a breakfast seminar for 150 attendees at Crown Casino
  • Created a template for meeting notes and actions and typed hand written notes so they could be sent to clients after their coaching session
  • Created complex and detailed PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements and conferences
  • Created a filing system for Director’s personal and business related files
  • Internet research – events for creative industry events and photographers
  • Creating customer and supplier databases in MS Excel
  • Creating a furniture catalogue in PowerPoint (over 250 items)
  • Posting blogs in WordPress and maintaining the blog (updating Plugins, approving comments)
  • Social Media – posting tweets, looking for followers, creating Facebook Fan Pages with custom Welcome Tab and Profile image
